I'm thinking conspiracy.
Didn't I also hear something about that Air Force One had a breakdown when Bush was in Viet Nam, something about a problem with the tires? That could've been part of that same pattern if you're speculating about conspiracy theories.
Well if it is a conspiracy, they need to work a little harder at it! It’s like these weak conspirators got together and said, “Hey, what can we do to really cramp Bush’s style? I know, let’s do a bunch of minor things to people who don’t matter!”
Maybe this new group should be called The Anemic Agitators; “Do what we want or we’ll irritate you to death!”
