The first "Barack Obama for President" ad is upon us. It’s the creation of the Maryland-based, draftobama.org website and will start running next week on some cable news outlets, and only two years early!
It kind of tickled me. Even the name of their website, Draft Obama, is funny. And they have a petition you can sign if you’d like to help force Obama to throw his hat into the ring.
This is how badly people want him to run for president. And the commercial, though simple, should be making Republicans very nervous. It just feels like JFK all over again. Hope burns eternal…

Take your pick, but I think the excitement was bigger for JFK.
